In accordance with the 2025–2028 Collective Bargaining Agreement, all bargaining unit employees will become participants in the Machinists Pension Plan, effective July 2026. Article 17 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement provides as follows:
Commencing for service on and after July 1, 2026, all employees shall become participants in the Machinists Pension Plan, Lodge 692 (the “Machinists Plan”).
Contributions to the Machinists Pension Plan, Lodge 692, shall be made on behalf of employees at a rate of no less than one percent (1%) of earnings. The full cost of such contributions shall be borne by the Company.
The Plan Administrator for the Machinists Pension Plan is Convyta Partners. To access personal pension plan information with Convyta, all employees are required to complete and submit an Machinists Pension Plan Enrolment_AB form.
This Machinists Pension Plan Enrolment_AB must be submitted directly to Convyta by each employee. Finning does not collect, retain, or store copies of these forms in employee files.

The form must include a handwritten signature (i.e. print, sign, and scan or mail). Digital signatures will not be accepted by Convyta.
What happens if the form is not submitted?
- Contributions are still made to Convyta
- You will be unable to access or view your pension plan
- No beneficiary will be recorded on the plan
